Not a replacement, but a supplement
Our services are not a replacement for the internal IT in the database environment or the MSP (Managed Service Provider), but an extension and enrichment of existing constructs
Activities such as partitioning, performance tuning or data tiering for which the company currently lacks resources or expertise are the extended workbench that we offer. As a neutral instance, we reduce the CPU and main memory requirements of the HANA instances, for which there is currently no time or interest. In this way, costs for infrastructure can be saved in the long term and possible problems can be proactively identified and rectified. This increases the accessibility of the systems and in general the satisfaction of the users due to the optimized response times. Sustainable optimization of the systems also has a positive effect on the operation of the infrastructure with regard to the CO2 footprint. The days of solving all problems with hardware should be over.
All of this is only possible through constant research and close cooperation with the vendors, as well as through employees who think outside the box.
